Membership T&Cs

General terms & conditions

  • Membership auto-renews weekly - declines or missed payments will result in inability to book appointments

  • Minimum term for all memberships is 3 months

  • All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

  • No shows and late appointments will incur $20 booking fee

  • Only two weeks’ notice to terminate your membership after the minimum term

  • Memberships are individual and non-transferable
