The Private Contrast Experience is a 60-minute, fully private session combining infrared sauna and cold plunge in a dedicated contrast suite. Each experience includes exclusive access to an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and private shower, allowing you to move between heat and cold in a calm, controlled environment.
Designed to support relaxation, circulation, and recovery, this experience can be enjoyed solo or shared with up to four people.

Our Recommended Protocol
Our Private Contrast Experience follows a simple, balanced protocol designed to support comfort and wellbeing.
We recommend:
15 minutes in the infrared sauna (typically 45–60°C)
2 minutes under a warm shower to transition the body
3–5 minutes in the cold plunge (typically 8–12°C)
This sequence can be repeated up to two cycles, depending on your comfort level and experience.
The protocol is flexible by design — timings can be adjusted, especially for first-time users. Always listen to your body and move at a pace that feels supportive.
