The Experience
The Private Contrast Experience is a 60-minute, fully private session combining infrared sauna and cold plunge in a dedicated contrast suite. Move between heat and cold in a calm, controlled environment — solo or shared with up to four people.

Before You Begin
- Begin gently — especially if you're new to contrast therapy. There's no benefit to pushing through discomfort.
- Adjust heat and cold exposure times to suit your comfort level. The protocol is a guide, not a rule.
- Exit the sauna or cold plunge immediately if you feel light-headed, unwell, or uncomfortable.
- Stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session.
- Allow your body to warm and cool naturally between transitions.
