  • Each membership includes a set number of weekly sessions or unlimited access depending on your tier. Your membership details outline exactly what you can use and how often, so you always get the most from your recovery routine.

  • All memberships have a minimum 8-week commitment, giving you enough time to build habits, track progress, and genuinely feel the benefits.

  • Yes. We cap membership numbers to ensure our space never feels overcrowded and that your experience remains relaxed, premium and easy to book.

  • Yes. Bookings ensure equipment availability and a smooth flow for everyone in the studio. Walk-ins may be possible during quiet times, but we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.

  • No - we are an independant, family run local business.

  • Members and casual visitors can bring guests and simply pay the guest fee at the time of booking. However, you can not book sessions for others under your account unless you’re attending with them.

  • Weekly inclusions do not roll over. To get the best value and results, we encourage staying consistent each week.

  • Yes, an online account is required to make bookings, manage sessions, and sign waivers.

  • Yes — memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks per year, with a minimum pause of 2 weeks at a time.

  • Absolutely. You can change your membership tier at any time (minimum upgrade period is 4 weeks). Just contact us and we’ll adjust it for you.

  • If you can’t make your session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
    Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Yes. You can reschedule via your online account within the cancellation window. If you need to make changes within 6 hours of your session, please contact the studio directly.

  • Protocols are designed to maximise results safely. We encourage following them as intended. Misuse of protocols or knowingly ignoring guidelines may result in membership review.

  • If a payment bounces, we’ll notify you via email. If it remains unpaid for 3 days, your membership may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

  • No, each membership is assigned to an individual. Families can each have their own membership, and if preferred, payments can be grouped under one account.

  • Some memberships include complimentary guest passes (up to a $50 value) that you can use when bringing someone with you. Unused guest passes expire monthly and do not accumulate.
