Our group recovery sessions are designed to support physical recovery, mental reset, connection, and performance — whether you’re booking a small group session or a fully private studio experience. We offer flexible options to suit your group size, age and goals.
Sessions can be delievered in two ways:
Open Access - Your group is free to choose how you’d like to spend your session time across our recovery modalities. This option is ideal for groups who are familiar with recovery tools or prefer to move at their own pace.
Curated by Our Team - If you’d prefer guidance, our team can design a structured recovery flow based on your group size, needs, and session duration. This may include rotating smaller groups through different recovery stations to maximise flow, comfort, and outcomes.

A session may be flexible or structured, here are a few common examples:
Typical 60-minute session (up to 9 people):
20 minutes Compression Therapy
20 minutes Infrared Sauna
10 minutes Cold & Hot Water Therapy
Transition and reset time between stations
Larger group session flow:
15 minutes Compression Therapy
10 minutes activation or movement-based recovery
12 minutes Infrared Sauna
12 minutes Cold & Hot Water Therapy
Session structure may vary based on group size, recovery focus, and studio availability. Our priority is always to ensure a smooth, effective, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
How to Book
Small Groups (4–9 people)
At checkout, select Group Session | Small Group (4–9 people), add the number of people attending, choose your preferred date and start time, and include any notes about how you’d like to use the session.
Payment is made in full at checkout to secure your booking. Your group will have open access to the studio within your allocated 60-minute session, with the flexibility to move between recovery modalities as desired. Our team will be on hand to support flow and ensure a smooth experience.
Large Groups (Private Access)
For larger groups, select Group Session | Large Group (Private Access), choose your preferred date and start time, and provide any additional details to help us tailor the session to your group.
A member of our team will be in touch to confirm availability, finalise session details, and coordinate payment prior to confirming the booking.
