Sessions are delivered by Stephanie Kondogonis, an experienced Sports & Therapeutic Massage Therapist with a strong background in elite sport, movement, and injury management.
Meet Steph
Steph operates independently as Maribyrnong Wellness Studio within Recovery Lab Maribyrnong, offering remedial and sports massage services by appointment only
Steph is a Sports & Therapeutic Massage Therapist, 4th-year Osteopathy student, and elite distance runner, with over 20 years of personal experience in competitive sport.
She has represented Australia, competed at a high level in endurance running, and brings additional experience from high-level tennis and triathlon environments. Steph’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of body mechanics, strength, movement patterns, and recovery.
Her approach is movement-focused, evidence-informed, and outcome-driven — with a strong emphasis on helping clients return to what they love, pain-free and with confidence.
Based locally in Maribyrnong, Steph works closely with athletes, active individuals, and everyday movers seeking hands-on care that goes beyond short-term relief.
