We’re proud to partner with Hume City FC. Together, we help optimise player readiness and ensure athletes are physically and mentally prepared to perform at the highest level, week after week.
With the physical demands of football, recovery is not optional — it’s essential. Our team will guide all players and members through each session to ensure they maximise the benefits of every recovery modality, whether the focus is performance, injury management, or nervous system reset.
Incorporating a structured recovery ritual into your football program helps not only maintain peak health, but also reduce fatigue, improve readiness, and lower the risk of injury across the season.
Who Can Book
This offer is available to:
Hume City FC players
Parents and family members
Partners and friends attending with players
You’re welcome to book individually, or as a small group (up to 9 people) and attend together. For larger private groups, please contact the studio to organise.
Special Club Pricing
All players & members will receive 22% of the standard session rate, and 10% off all Recovery Bar products - fuelling your body is just as important.

How to Book
First-time visitors
If you haven’t visited Recovery Lab Maribyrnong before, first bookings must be made on our website via Book Now as follows:
Select Group Session | Small Group (4–9 people)
Choose your preferred date and start time
Add the number of people attending and names
Enter the discount code HCFC2026 at checkout
Complete payment online to secure your booking
Return visitors
You may continue to book online at any time, or use the Momence app to manage and book future sessions. After booking, simply download the Momence app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up using the same email address to access your bookings.

A session may be flexible or structured, here are a few common protocols:

20 min Compression Therapy
20 min Infrared Sauna
10 min Cold & Hot Water Therapy (2 min hot, 2 min cold x 2)
Lower Leg Flush:
30 min Compex (Electrical Muscle Stimulation)
30 min Compression Therapy
Quick Recovery Boost:
30 min Compression Therapy
15 min Cold & Hot Water Therapy (2 min hot, 2 min cold x 2 rounds)
